How Does It Work?

You can nominate and refer as many friends as you like, you feel could be interested in our products.

We will send your friend an introduction email, mentioning you referred them to us.

Once Your Friend purchases something from us, AND mentions the word FRIEND (and your Name), they become a qualifying referral, and will receive a 10% discount on their first order [excluding already discounted items, volume discounts or promotions].

YOU are now also eligible for a 10% Discount on Your Next Order! (we will advise you when this occurs!) just to say "Thank You" [excluding already discounted items, volume discounts and promotions]

Some rules and conditions:

- Valid referrals can only be received by clicking on the "tell a friend" logo, and entering appropriate details.

- If you have nominated more than one qualifying friend, your additional 10% discount(s) on qualifying orders is applied to subsequent orders (ie. discounts cannot be combined in one order)

- Qualifying Friend(s) can not already be existing customers of us (ie. they have already bought products from us in the last 9 months).

- If your friend has been referred by more than one person, only the first referral received by us can be valid and eligible for the discount.

- Once we receive your referral, will we send your friend an introduction email, advising them you have referred them to us, and will mention our Referral program to them.

- We will NOT contact your friend again until - we either receive an order from your friend, or your friend joins our mailing list.

- Maximum referral discount/order cannot exceed $25

- Excessive referrals may get you banned from our program [eg. Do Not dump your entire address book!]

- Referrals are valid for 6 months
