An Ancient wheat that has been used, but changed little, over some 5000 years.

It has caught the attention of Health Professionals as being
a very valuable part in one's diet. High in Fibre, B Complex Vitamins and many other benefits, yet it is easily digestable.

Many wheat intolerent customers find they can have their normal portions using Spelt instead,
without problem, as its gluten is more fragile and easier to digest compared to normal wheat.
