We are not coeliacs ourselves, but have embraced Gluten Free Baking. We developed and finetuned Our Own Gluten Free Bread Mix over the years, that is used by many a coeliac for
years, and not only in SE Queensland!
You'll find our Bread Mix nice and fluffy! Not a solid cake like consistency. And it makes beautiful Pizza bases, Pancakes, and even Pastry!

ever we can, we try to have GF product available at reasonable prices.
