We are a thriving, dynamic business that began in 1994 at Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.

Offering customers a wide variety of great tasting fresh bread ingredients, we were inundated with requests for products, advice, recipes and classes as word spread about our great tasting breads.

Demand saw us relocate our operations to Brisbane in 1998. Onsite facilities allow us to blend and pack our special flour mixes and add-ins.
