We asked Brett to have a bit of play with some specialty baskets

Basket one is a square cane basket [20cm] with a solid wooden floor, and is engraved with a simple pattern.

Basket two is the cutest little round basket we've ever seen (12cm diameter!)

click on image for larger view	The Final Results The square loaf was cut with a lame, along the obvious breaks to allow optimum 'oven spring' Our round cutie was cut cross-wise for the same reason, with some side cuts for visual effect.
