Brett includes some special instructions, to ensure it will perform for you, the HomeBaker, every time!

Ideally suited for White Sourdough Bread, it can easily be trained on Wholemeal and/or Rye.

Unlike our other cultures which come in dried form, Brett's Starter is supplied from continuously fed working stock (leaven) that is used in his bakery on a daily basis, is pre-activated and supplied in a sealed pouch. It is semi-hydrated, and can be posted safely nationwide and even internationally.
