It's hard to believe our business has now been around for some 16 years!
The previous owners started the concept in 1994 up in Buderim, and shifted the operation to Brisbane later on. We bought the business from Peter and Toni in 2002. [many old time customers probably remember them - and no, we haven't heard from either of them for yonks!] It is fair to say that in our time at the wheel we had some good times, and not so good times. Which prompted us some 2 years ago to shift direction somewhat and go 100% OnLine, in a new facility more befitting the new model. [and being just down the road from where we live helps too!] Going back to the basics afforded us to start rebuild our business model. We feel we're on the right track again. Range is but step one...We've been encouraged by many new customers ordering our products over recent times, that decided that supermarket bread just isn't quite good enough!
